Blue Bell - the best ice cream in the world!
In the summer, I love to mix orange sherbet with club soda for a refreshing and not too horrible for you treat.
And when I have one of those days where I am too frazzled to worry about calories, this poured over some Homemade Vanilla ice cream is my go to treat.
Hope you enjoyed my essay on orange. Excuse me, I need to go to the kitchen for a bit... Go visit all the other students, I'll be back later!

I loved your orange post - I will need to try the orange drink over icecream.
You found some good ways to stay cool with orange. Where was the last picture taken? Very nice sunset (or was it sunrise?).
Beautiful Kat....I love orange drink and with ice cream even better. Following you back, your no dork!
yum....orange soda over vanilla ice cream...reminds me of those 50/50 bars my mom used to bring home...they were my favorite.
the sherbert is a yummy option too!
I love orange sherbet - thought about doing something on it - glad you did...bkm
What a yummy orange post. Hmmmm...I think I need to go to the kitchen and find a nice cold orange treat.

Frozen sherbets are so refreshing - lovely after a rich meal as well!
Wow! That is hot, hot, hot. Hope you found something cool in the kitchen.
Loved how you used orange to cool down then ended with that brilliant sunset.
I love orange sherbet with fortune cookies. I always think of the two of them together.
Seems we share the favorite orange of sunsets and I know neither of us are surprised.
I had a GREAT time in Tampa, but I'm ready to quit celebrating getting older, lol. I still have one more celebration this weekend with my favorite cousin and then it's finally over until next year.
I had to go back and read the music challenge questions I missed while I was away, they are so much fun! Skeletons gave me chills and I'm with your dad, I loved the Righteous Brothers.
But my favorite post was DH playing with Borrowed Time at the Poppy Festival earlier this year. I would love to have heard them play! That is so very cool! AND they get ask back for next year? Excellent, let's hear it for the old guys who still ROCK!
Wow! That's hot! Hot here too in S Spain - 39C yesterday in Granada!I drink lots of fresh orange juice - from trees we're fortunate to have in the garden!
Have a great Rainbow Orange day,
LOLA:)
PS Mine this week is HERE. Hope you can stop by!
It all sounds so good Kat! I haven't thought about Nehi in years.
Yes, yes to the sorbet with club soda - bubbly and delicious!. We don't have the Nehi drink up here - I'll have to try it next time I'm down south.
I love sherbet but for some reason don't buy it much. My fav is orange. Occasionally from schwan's I buy the ones in little holders, and you pop them up. I've never tried it with club soda. I might have to give it a try. Cool orange post.
sweet one,
love orange ice pops.
Not fond of orange, but I guess I do like the treats!
And it's great in nature.
=)
I've always loved orange ice pops and orange soda. Do you remember the powder orange drink caled "Tang"? The one the astronauts drank? I can't belive they used to advertise it as being better than orange juice..lol
i love the orange sunset ... so pretty
Now how did I know this would be a fun post? LOL, I would take any of those orange treats.
I haven't had orange sherbet in AGES...it is 8am and I think need some.
Very cool! Love orange soda, it has been years since I had some.
Oh, Kat...Now you are making me want an orange float...only I would have mine with diet gingerale!! Baby Kitty has always reminded me of one! lol But I love your sunset photo...gorgeous! And about songs and places...I have a few that take me somewhere else on the first note. Isn't it funy how that works? Happy weekend...hugs...Debbie
Kat, we are sharing those same horrific temperatures. I am sooooo done with summer.
Alas, I don't think it is done with me.
What a refreshing stop on our little journey through Alphabe-Thursday's Rainbow Summer School.
And that photo...breathtaking.
Thank you for linking.
A+
