Weekend Reflections #7 - Berry Springs Preserve

TGIF! Friday, and it's time for Weekend Reflections. Be sure and visit our host James to see some fabulous photography from around the world. I had every intention of finding some interesting and unique reflections this week. But the weather has been awful and there just aren't enough hours in the day this time of year. So I dug back and found this little gem that we took earlier in the fall at Berry Springs Preserve Park. We sat outside until the gates opened at 7 am, trying to get a good sunrise shot.

I hope you enjoyed this glimpse of an autumn sunrise in our town. I'm looking at this and wishing we had that weather again! Make sure and stop by and say hey to James. You'll be glad you did.

Kathy, I just wanted to stop by and personally thank you for stopping by and for the prayers sent out to my little nephew Keegan. He came home from the hospital yesterday late afternoon. He is week but doing well. Again we all thank everyone for all of their kind words, and prayers. Merry Christmas, Sue

Glad you liked the tree. Did you notice the Santa Claus pants that took the place of Christmas stockings? Only one person has noticed them with out me pointing them out. She picked them out almost immediately. I'm so glad you visited.

Hi Kathy ,

a really good photo. I did get it in the right moment, not to soon and not to late - the light is so good!.

Now I have read 25 questions about you and me to believe in Santa and "window shopping".
Maybe your brother ca have a lift with Santa and still come?

Wow, Kathy -- GORGEOUS picture!! Totally worth getting up early to take it!! The water is just like a mirror reflecting the sky, so still and smooth...

I'm with you on the list of what I don't want for Christmas!! That hippo song is making me nuts -- I can't get it out of my head!! And if you can believe Wikipedia, yes, the singer really did get a hippo. It apparently lived to the age of 50 at the zoo.
