Great photos...in that one, with the American flag on top and the Texas flag on the bottom...wonder if they know Texas is the only state that can fly their flag at the same level as the American flag?

Thanks for visiting me! I haven't ever heard that song I don't think. Thanks for the invite to Texas! My husband frequents one of his companies offices in Houston. He had actually just arrived there the day before 9-11 It scared me to death! He ended up having to drive a rental car to get back home.
I'll google that song to see if I can hear it!

Oh man .. thanks for the reminder.. I almost forgot Flag day is this week. I love the second pic of the man carrying the flag.. I choke up everytime I see a folded flag.

Great pics! I like the 6 flags one. I live in Arlington so I wanted to get pictures of the flags at Six Flags and the Ranger ballpark, but I didn't have time to get up there.

Texans really love their flag, don't they? It's the only start I have visited that seems to love their state flag more than the US flag. I always thought that was an interesting tidbit.
